Refunds & Exchanges

1. Unless item is defected and out of stock, there are strictly no refunds allowed.

2. Defects refer to conditions such as a hole found, missing button, deemed (after sending us a picture for verification) as unwashable stains. If item is not subjected as defected, do note that Wild Peonies can reject the option of refunds. Measurement discrepancies of 0.5 – 1” are not deemed as defects.

3. Do note that Wild Peonies reserves the final rights to accept or reject returned items. Sales/discounted items including those bought under e-vouchers, store credits or promotional codes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

4. Should an item be found defected, do email us as soon as possible (within 7 days upon receiving of item). Item must be in original condition; unwashed, unworn, tag on, brand new and re-saleable. Item sent back to us must be via a traceable source (we recommend using Smartpac which can be bought from post office).

5. Exchange of sizes must be done within 7 days from receiving of order. For exchanging of size items, do note that all postage costs to and fro will be borne by the customer. Upon receiving of item, store credits will be issued by us. Do allow us up to 3 working days to process the issuance of your store credits. Store credits have an expiry time frame of one month from date of issuance.
